Under this fine rain I breathe in the innocence of the world. I feel coloured by the nuances of infinity. At this moment I am one with my picture. We are an iridescent chaos… (Paul Cezanne)
We finally got some rain here in the bay area today. They promised thunder boomers but I am content with this gentle pitter patter. This, after hitting nearly 100 degrees on Monday.
I am distracted, looking out of my window, at the plants drinking up the rain. It’s not a drought-buster, but no one is complaining.
You may not be able to see it here;
I am working at a snail’s pace reinstalling my art images here. The images are on my Iomega drive. (Ahum, the SECOND time that I have had an Iomega drive fail on me. But this time I am not going to pay $3000 to have them retrieved.) I did do monthly backups of the images but they are too many in number to be on one CD and of course scattered onto years worth of burnt cds.
Iridescent chaos? Yep, that’s me.
