ATCs and ACEOs are original mixed media collages small enough to fit in your pocket.
Artist trading cards (ATCs) are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade and collect art at organized “swap” events, either in person or online. The only official rule for ATCs is the size: 2.5″ x 3.5″.
ACEO stands for Art Card Originals and Editions. They are kissin’ cousins of ATC’s or Art Trading Cards. Both are by definition cards of artwork measuring 2.5 x 3.5 inches, the same as a standard playing card. ACEO’s originated on Ebay, and are a favorite form of art on the world’s biggest online auction site.
Each of these DOUBLE-SIDED ATCs are altered with acrylic, colored pencil, feathers, ribbon, rapidiograph, assorted textures, sprinkles, sparkles, sheen and shine, assorted textures and sprinkled with a bit of magic; and in many cases – mystery. Protected with a non-yellowing indoor/outdoor matte sealer. 2.5″ x 3.5″
